Rehearsal ettiquette #2

I had a post on rehearsal ettiquette quite a while ago.

Now, there's ONE more I must add to the list.

3. Do NOT eat during a rehearsal, whether or not you are performing, unless given permission. Silence does NOT mean consent all the time. If you wish to eat, then ASK first.

Number one, its terribly rude. Think about it yourself if you don't know why. I'm too lazy to explain.

Number two, if you're not in your own school, and you eat outside the canteen, you are breaking that school's rule. It doesn't matter whether you're a guest, or not a student of the school, or not.

By breaking that rule regardless of:
1. who you are (this is directed only at the students involved in EMDD '06: The Taming Game) and/or your intention(s)
2. whether or not the students of that school break that rule,

you allow others to imply that you don't give a poop about what the people who set and agreed to the rule think.

I do not apologise if I have offended anyone in this post, because offending was NOT my intention in the first place. Informing was.
